Circle Wind Boys and Girls Choir exchanges with Japon-sans in Spain

We embark on a 10-day journey of cultural exchange, music, and sports in Coria del Rio and Seville, Spain, fostering friendships and honoring centuries-old connections. Circle Wind Boys & Girls Choir, a sister choir of Japan Choral Harmony, flew to Coria del Rio, Spain, in 2019 to support the Hasekura Cup Soccer Tournament.

Our 10-DAY Itinerary

Day 0 (February 24th): Departure Ceremony in New York

Day 1 (March 29th): Departure from JFK via Iberia Airlines

Cultural Immersion and Education:

Day 2 (March 30th): Arrival in Madrid

Experience Spanish culture and hospitality upon arrival.

Day 3 (March 31st): Cultural Immersion in Coria del Rio

Participate in cultural activities and engage with local students.

Day 4 (April 1st): Community Engagement in Coria del Rio

Collaborate with Spanish students and attend cultural exchange events.

Sports and Recreation:

Day 5 (April 2nd): Sports and Cultural Exchange in Seville

Interact with Spanish youth players and participate in sports activities.

Day 6 (April 3rd): Hasekura Cup Opening

Attend the opening ceremony of the soccer tournament and cheer for teams.

Sightseeing and Exploration:

Day 7 (April 4th): City Exploration in Seville

Explore Seville's historic landmarks and learn about its rich heritage.

Day 8 (April 5th): Workshop and Collaboration in Tomares

Engage in workshops and cultural activities in Tomares.

Music and Performance:

Day 9 (April 6th): Cultural Exchange Concert

Perform in a joint concert with the Tomares Choir, showcasing cultural diversity through music.

Reflection and Departure:

Day 10 (April 7th): Farewell and Return to New York

Bid farewell to Spanish hosts and reflect on the journey's experiences before returning home.
